- Groups will write up a prospectus call for submissions to a concert program based on a theme or pattern characteristic.
- Anyone may submit a composition in response to a prospectus call.
- Submissions may be accepted as is or with revision.
- Concert programs will be available online for all participants to relish.
- Critics will publish their reactions to the concerts.
