| KSEG is a Linux program for dynamically exploring Euclidean geometry. Create a construction, such as a triangle with a circumcenter; drag its vertices, and its circumcenter moves accordingly in real time. Features include a fast core to support large constructions; free/GPL, which runs on Linux and other systems that support Qt; construction of points, segments, rays, lines, circles, and arcs; measurements; transformations (rotation, translation, scaling, reflection); construction of adaptively sampled loci; reverse dragging; infinite undo/redo; easy redefinition of points to edit drawings; editable scripting/macro with support for recursion; formulas for calculations; the power to group a bunch of objects, then select them later with two clicks; and more. Download this dynamic geometry visualization software inspired by the Geometer's Sketchpad. Available in Portuguese, French, German, Norwegian Bokmal, Hungarian, Spanish, and transliterated Russian. | |
